Last updated: November 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DayDoo ("DayDoo," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by TakeRisks Holdings, LLC, collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the DayDoo mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. SMS / Text Messaging

Mobile messaging consent is never sold or shared. DayDoo does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number with our messaging provider (Twilio) only to deliver the verification codes you request.

DayDoo uses SMS text messages solely to deliver one-time verification and authentication codes. You opt in to receive these messages by entering your own phone number in the app during signup or on the "Forgot password" screen and tapping "Send code," which is an explicit, user-initiated request for that code. Messages are strictly transactional; we do not send marketing or promotional texts on this program.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including hashing of passwords and verification codes and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

10. International Users

DayDoo is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
